I am sorry that you equate "policeman" with "police abuse". In the U.S., the vast majority of our police officers are just doing their jobs to the best of their abilities. Some are heroes. A few are villains.

But *most* are decent people trying to make their corners of the world a little better.

I'm sure that's what your son was thinking: the benevolent king/officer, not the evil one.
